Noise Studies
Noise studies are required by public health networks or building authorities as sources for decision-making in land or building management or for integrated permit applications. We conduct noise studies of road and railway noise, industrial complexes or building structures and interiors. The studies include noise transmissions between rooms within a building, from the inside of the building through the facade out towards the protected sites or from the outside through the facade into the protected interior of an object. They also include reverberation time calculations for interior noise.
Noise studies show how noise from existing and designed buildings affects surrounding protected areas - recreation areas (gardens), spas, centers for rehabilitation care or teaching, or housing development. The calculated noise parameters are compared with the permissible hygienic limits introduced in Government Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll.
For noise map modeling, we use sophisticated program LimA.
